What if I’m not eligible for Funeral Support Payment?

Only those in receipt of certain benefits qualify for the Scottish Government’s Funeral Support Payment.
But that certainly doesn’t means that everyone else can afford to pay for a funeral.
At £4,000 for a basic funeral (without send-off costs), we are supporting many people who just don’t have that kind of money
